30

Years of Experience

Your assessment will take place in a quiet, private room with our audiologist. We’ll begin with a short discussion about your hearing and medical history. Then, using specialised equipment, you’ll complete a series of safe, non-invasive tests such as listening to tones, speech, and middle ear checks. The process is painless and usually takes 30–60 minutes depending on your needs.
We’re proudly independent, which means we’re not tied to any hearing aid manufacturer. That gives us the freedom to recommend the best solution for you — not for sales targets.
No referral is required. You can book directly with our clinic. If further medical investigation is needed, we’ll guide you to the right health professional.
Costs vary depending on the type of assessment and your individual needs. Some patients may be eligible for rebates through private health, government programs, or the Department of Veterans’ Affairs (DVA). Please contact our team for up-to-date pricing information.
Yes. We provide age-appropriate hearing assessments for children and babies. Our tests are safe, gentle, and designed to give parents clear answers about their child’s hearing and ear health.
Adults over 50 should have their hearing tested every 1–2 years. If you’re younger but work in noisy environments, have tinnitus, or notice changes in your hearing, we recommend testing more frequently. Children may require earlier assessments if there are concerns with speech development, frequent ear infections, or suspected hearing loss.
