Hello, 

I am the Customer Service Officer at Hearsmart Hearing Solutions, running reception and our back-of-the-office administration.

I have a strong background in administration, working as a project regeneration officer in London. I moved to Australia in 2006 and started working part-time while raising my family.

I help keep things running smoothly in our clinic and help clients with hearing aid repairs and cleans. I love our client base and enjoy chatting with the diverse group of people who come to the clinic, especially reminiscing about England. 

Outside of Hearsmart, I love spending time with my family and friends and reading. I enjoy painting in both acrylic and oils when I get free time. I also have a love of travel and experiencing different cultures.
