I joined Hearsmart in January 2025 as Shipra’s Intern. I am passionate about helping people with hearing loss, as I am hearing-impaired myself. As a cochlear implant user, I have a deep appreciation for these devices and want to help others get the most out of their devices, too.

Before joining Hearsmart, I completed my bachelor’s degree in Education at Victoria University and worked as a primary school teacher for six years. I then decided to pursue my dream career and graduated from the University of Melbourne with a master’s degree in Clinical Audiology in December 2024.

In my spare time, I enjoy reading a book on a rainy day, painting, socialising with friends, or going on adventures with my husband and our two furkids.

What I love about working at Hearsmart is meeting our wonderful clients and making positive changes to improve their quality of life. I also enjoy solving puzzles, bouncing ideas off colleagues, and continually learning and growing as a clinician.
