Who’s eligible: Pensioner Concession Card holders, veterans, Defence Force members, vocational rehab clients, and Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander people aged 50+
What’s covered: Hearing assessments, hearing aids, fittings, maintenance, and follow-up care
Costs: Most services are free; some may have a small maintenance fee or optional upgrade costs
