Dear Valued Hearsmart clients and customers,

What an incredibly turbulent and testing times for us all right now.

The health and well-being of our staff and clients is of utmost importance to us.

ONE THING THAT WON’T CHANGE IS OUR COMMITMENT TO OUR CLIENTS.

We have decided to temporarily close the Physical Clinics of Hearsmart Hearing Solutions at Healesville and Surrey Hills.

However, our services at Lilydale clinics will remain open but for limited hours and limited services.

(Weekdays 10am-3pm)

We assure you that Hearsmart will be here for you to help you with your hearing needs.

Even though our client-clinician contact will be limited,

  1. We will be able to provide home visit service and Telehealth depending on your hearing aid and model.
  2. We will continue to post batteries to our Hearing Services Program Clients.
  3. Repairs of hearing aids will be provided. Please call us and we will be able to advise you regarding this service depending on the repair needed.
  4. All our other on-going appointments will be resumed as soon as we re-open.

The Hearing Services Program has announced additional support for clinics and patients in relation to claiming some of these services.
